Investment Associate

POSITION DUTIES: Responsibilities include development of detailed financial models to analyze hotel real estate equity/credit investment opportunities and new development projects. Analyze deal and fund level performance and value-add/ROI opportunities. Collaborate with private equity/credit clientele on financial/operations reporting at the property and fund level. Evaluate Hotel Construction Projects relating to estimating, scheduling and engineering. Assist in the development and management of a proprietary business intelligence platform by working directly with hotel brokers, operators and data providers to source hotel industry data; Create dynamic internal and external dashboards and reporting tools. 

POSITION REQUIREMENT: Applicant must possess a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Economics with 2 years of experience required 40 hrs/wk M-F.
